【适应症】
克拉霉素适用于治疗对其敏感的致病菌引起的感染，包括：
1．    下呼吸道感染（如支气管炎、肺炎）：由副流感嗜血杆菌、卡他莫拉菌、肺炎链球菌、嗜肺军团杆菌、百日咳杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎支原体或肺炎衣原体等引起；
2．    上呼吸道感染（如咽炎、鼻窦炎）：由化脓性链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、卡他莫拉菌、肺炎链球菌、草绿色链球菌、淋球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、厌氧菌等引起；
3．    皮肤及软组织感染（如毛囊炎、蜂窝组织炎、丹毒）：由金黄色葡萄球菌，化脓性链球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌、草绿色链球菌等引起；
4．    局部或弥散性感染：由鸟型分枝杆菌或细胞内分枝杆菌引起的局部或弥散性感染，以及由海龟分枝杆菌、意外分枝杆菌或堪萨斯分枝杆菌引起的局部感染；
5．    混合感染：克拉霉素适用于CD4淋巴细胞数小于或等于100/mm3的HIV感染患者预防由弥散性鸟型分枝杆菌引起的混合感染；
6．    根除幽门螺杆菌：存在胃酸抑制剂时，克拉霉素也适用于根除幽门螺杆菌，从而减少十二指肠溃疡的复发；
7．    牙源性感染：治疗由敏感致病菌引起的牙源性感染。

The product is indicated for the prophylaxis and long-term treatment of asthma in adults 15 years and older, including the prevention of daytime and nighttime asthma symptoms, the treatment of aspirin-sensitive asthma patients, and the prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction. This product is intended to relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults 15 years and older).
