1. Shock caused by trauma due to loss of blood or burns.

2. Increased cranial pressure caused by cerebral edema and injury.

3. Edema or ascites caused by cirrhosis and kidney disease.

4. Prevention and treatment of hypoproteinemia.

5. Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.

6. For cardiopulmonary bypass, adjuvant therapy for burns, adjuvant therapy for hemodialysis and adult respiratory distress syndrome.

This product is intended for the treatment of adult patients with relapsing or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) carrying fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) mutations detected by a well-validated test.
